This will be our 25th President’s Award, we’ve only not won it 2 times in 27 full years in business.
You might be thinking that if it can be won 25 times, it must not be very hard to win.
To that I’ll say, only a handful of Ford dealer’s ever win it, even less win it more than once. I don’t know of any others that have won it 25 times.
The award is given to the Ford dealer’s that have the highest customer satisfaction scores.
Those scores come from the surveys that our customers return after buying a vehicle or after having a vehicle serviced here.
So you, our customers, decide if we are worthy of this award. I am grateful to all of you for having made us the recipient of this prestigious honor 25 times.
We win because of the great people that show up to work here, every day and do their best to make sure every customer has a great service or sales experience.
The only influence I have is in the choosing the right people. Overtime, I have gotten good at picking people that are going to care about what we do.
To work here, you have to care. You have to care about our customers. If you don’t care about our customers, if you don’t get excited about providing the absolute best customer experience, you don’t get to work here. It’s that simple.
I have to tell you that we have the absolute best, most caring dealership team period. Isn’t that what’s going to keep you happy after you’ve spent 20 to 70,000 dollars on a vehicle.
All of us Ford dealer brag that we offer the best deals, biggest discounts, lowest prices, highest trade allowances. Some will give you a bbq or a trip to Vegas.
But you won’t get the level of care that earns 25 President’s awards anywhere other than Vegreville Ford.
